My Account
No, you don’t have to create an account. You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can easily:
- View your order history
- Track your purchases
- Save your details for faster checkout in the future
If you're having trouble logging in, consider the following:
- You may have entered the wrong email
- Your confirmation email might be delayed due to your mail server settings
- The email may have landed in your spam/junk folder

My Orders
You can track your order directly on our website:
- Click on the chatbot in the bottom right corner.
- Select "Track an Order" and enter your order number and email used for the purchase.
- You can also report any order issues without leaving the chatbot window.
- US & Canada Orders: Processing takes 2–3 business days if the item is in stock.
- International Orders: Processing takes 5–10 business days if the item is in stock.
- Pre-Orders: Estimated delivery time:
- US Orders: Around 5 weeks
- International Orders: Around 6 weeks

Yes, but only if it hasn’t been processed and packaged yet. Contact us as soon as possible at gkey@germankabirski.com to request changes or cancellations.
- We cannot add new items to an existing order. If you want additional items, place a new order and send both order numbers to us—we will merge them before shipping and refund any excess shipping fees.
We do not include invoices or billing information in packages, so you can send GK.ey jewelry as a gift directly. If you need an invoice, email gkey@germankabirski.com.
If you ordered both in-stock and made-to-order items together, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you want in-stock pieces sooner, cancel your order and reorder them separately.
All prices are listed in USD ($). We are working on adding support for more currencies. Please check with your bank for the latest exchange rates.

- International Orders: Shipped via FedEx
During checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes before placing your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 2–3 business days
- International: 5–10 business days (varies by location)
Delivery time may be affected by your postal code and customs processing.
- USA: Free shipping on all orders
- International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
Shipping and processing times depend on whether the item is in stock or a preorder:
- Preorder: The item is not yet in stock but coming soon. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page.
- In Stock: The item is ready to ship and usually leaves our facilities within 3 business days.

In most cases, taxes and duties are included in your total at checkout.
- For Russia and Ukraine: You will need to pay customs duties separately upon package arrival.
No, shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Exchanges & Returns
Yes, we offer complimentary returns for unused and unworn items within 30 days of receipt.
To start a return, visit our Returns & Refunds page or contact us at gkey@germankabirski.com
We’re sorry for any mistakes with your order. Contact gkey@germankabirski.com, and we’ll send you the correct item as soon as possible.
We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can:
- Return your item for a store credit refund
- Use the credit to place a new order for a different item
Once we receive your return, refunds take 5–10 business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund, store credit, or replacement is issued.
Please contact the original seller for a refund or replacement. The retailer will handle your request and coordinate with us for any necessary replacements.
- Refunds can only be processed through the original seller
- Replacements will be sent directly to the retailer
If you received a gift and want to return it, we can offer store credit if the return is made within 30 days.
To be eligible for store credit:
- The original tags must still be attached
- The packaging must be intact
- The item must be unused and unworn
Refunds will be issued as store credit to your GK.ey account. You must have an account set up before returning your item.
- Original shipping costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable
To start a gift return, email gkey@germankabirski.com and provide:
- Your return request
- The postal address the jewelry will be sent from
- The email address linked to your GK.ey account
We will then provide a return label for you.

Materials & Care
This is part of our philosophy. We believe in preserving the natural energy and raw beauty of gemstones by leaving them unpolished.
Each stone is unique, with its own scratches, textures, and natural imperfections, making every piece of jewelry truly one of a kind.
We use black anthracite or oxide plating.
For basic cleaning, use:
- Mild dish soap mixed with warm water
- Jewelry wipes from a reputable brand
For a deep clean, we recommend a Magnasonic ultrasonic cleaner to remove trapped dirt and particles.

Yes, all GK.ey jewelry is hypoallergenic. We do not use nickel in any of our pieces.
